AIOU Admissions in MS/MPhil and PhD Programs for Spring 2012

Allama Iqbal Open University has offered admissions for MS/MPhil and PhD programs in December, 2011 for spring 2012 semester. Following programs will be offered for this session/ semester;

1. MS/MPhil Education (Four Specializations)
2. MS/MPhil Computer Science
3. MS/MPhil Statistics
4. MS/MPhil Physics
5. MS/MPhil Urdu
6. MS/MPhil Economics
7. MS/MPhil Pakistani Languages & Literature
8. MS/MPhil Business Administration
9. MSc (Hons) Rural Development
10. MSc (Hons) Livestock Management
11. MSc (Hons) Agricultural Extension
12. PhD Education (Four Specializations)
13. PhD Computer Science
14. PhD Statistics
15. PhD Agriculture Extension

According to HEC rules applicants should have passed GAT (General) test for MS/MPhil and GAT(Subject) test for PhD from NTS, prior to submission of applications for admission. As per schedule of NTS next GAT(General) test will be held on 9th Oct. 2011 and last date for submission of application for registration is 17th Sep. 2011, GAT(Subject) test will be held on 27th Nov. 2011 and last date for registration is 3rd Nov. 2011. All the interested candidates are requested to get admission in MS/MPhil and PhD programs in forthcoming semester in above mentioned subjects, are informed to get register for NTS test.
