Sir mera khial hy k ye jo nai bharti ho ri hy as ma inservice teachers jo pehly sy job kr rahay hyn an ko kam az kam 40 years tak age relaxation honi chaya. Because an ma bahot sy teachers a sy hyn jo highly qualified hyn service k sath sath apni qualification ko b raise kr chuky hyn but wo over age ho choky hyn aor ab tak PST ki post pr kam kr rahay hy.
