Kiun k papers beshak evening main hon aur classes ya aap ki duty mutasir na ho is k bawajod higher qualification aap jab bhi enhance karna chahen gen aap ko departmental permission har surat main laini pare gi. Dosra qanoon se hat k yeh hai k aap kisi clerk se baat karain wo aap ka masla hal kar de ga.

2002 on contract bases with Rs.
250 annual increment. In
september 2009 the seat was
regularized but I was not paid
annual increment of 2009 by
saying that after permanent
your service is less than 6
months. I asked for the
increment of contract period

yahi to hum sb ke sath zulm hai. Jo 10 saal bad april 2012 meen contract pe appoint howe un ki pay bhi hamari pay ke equal hai. Faidd to 2009 ke appointed teachers ka howa. Foran regular bhi howe phir 2010 ke budjet meen unki pay meen 5400 ka izafa howa but jo teacher 2002 meen appoint howe unki pay only 850 rupees barhi. Yeh sila diya punjab govt ne 10 saal ki khidmat ka.
Opar se zulm hamari union ne kia. Koi petition ka wajood hi nahi tha. Pay protection case ki jhoti tasali di. Keh flan date ko hiring hai aur flan date ko govt ke sath meeting.
Ab to ghuman sahib ne yeh jhoti itla daina bhi bund kr di hai. Shayad jo unko chahye tha woh unko mil gaya hai. Ya un ka mission aur cause hi educators ko kuch specific time kaliye educators ko uljhana tha.
