i can’t got the govt policy.Education secrtry sahib n officers hmaray mulak ko ik eurpeon country bnana chahtay hen.wo b just rules n regulations bana k
aye din letters atay hen k studnts ko physically punished na kren.onko kan na pakrwa k khara kren.etc…
esa krne wale ko arrest kr lia jaega.aur minimum punishment apko service se nikal dia jae ga
ye sab whan suit krta hai jhan k log bohat mohazzab hon.men ik rural area se belong krti hon.
ye log on countries ko follow kr rhe hen jhan bache apne parents k b ni bantay.
to?kal ko hmari youth kesi hogi?teacher ki bilkul respect ni rhi.officers school men a k sab k samne teachrs ki insult krdete hen.
kia koi itna b cruel teacher hai jo bachay ko zada punished krta hoga??

Dear Zarrish, you are one of thinking and responsible person. I like your honest of thought and good style of expressing it. But my dear I am one of the Person who is working for this system for the last 18 year. But after spending million of Rupees, the PEC Punjab and DSD is unable to develop an honest, transparent, and professionally sound team at district and provincial level. You are right that the Grade 5 and Grade 8 exam results shows the performance DEO and EDO of districts and then it goes up to the level of Secretary School Education Department Govt of the Punajb. No body want to be accountable, even Secretary Education knows all these flaws as he is in education system more than 10 years directly. And he is trying to make the things better but can not stop cheating in the grade 5 and grade 8 Large Scale Exam. It is my wishful thinking that good time will come. Keep writing and expressing your view, God bless you.
