Art Teachers Recruitment’s In August 2012. According to detail govt of the Punjab is in the process to recruit 16000 Arts teachers. The policy formulation is in progress for the recruitment of arts teachers in Punjab. The suggestions are being sought from different corners.
The Arts Subject are Very Important but govt is ignoring this fact. Many Learned Teachers from Villages of Punjab are of the view that making English Compulsory is a conspiracy against the Youth of Punjab villagers. The MA in English can’t speak English then how can they teach quality English. CSS and PCS = PMS are in English only to oblige rich and influential of Punjab & Pakistan.
CSS and PCS – PMS and all lucrative posts exam should be in URDU and only in Urdu to give equal opportunity to the youth of Villages of Punjab. Urdu, Urdu and only Urdu should be instructional language as we think in this language.

Secretary education is giving less importance to Urdu Language and we have written him that Urdu is the Thinking and understanding language of Punjab. But he is in favour of English to oblige the big guns NOT ordinary people of Punjab. Urdu must be promoted for the Unity of Pakistani’s and for creativity and critical thinking.

16 thousand arts teachers will be recruited. Still policy is not finalised. It is expected in second week of August.

1. The need is that the Unions of Punjab should promote Urdu (Urdu + Punjabi Both are our THINKING languages) more weightage in recruitment.
2. CSS and PCS (PMS) exams must be in Urdu. As more than 90% of Population of Punjab and Pakistan do not have English teachers. Only Rich and Policy Makers can afford quality education in English. But Villages of Punjab do not have any good English Teacher.
3. The people who done MA in English…Most of them cannot speak spontaneous English.
4. Promote Urdu as constitution of Pakistan wrote the with in 10 years the Official Language of Pakistan will be Urdu…Urdu…Urdu and only Urdu will bring properity to Pakistanis. Please spread this message and do something remarkable for our coming generations. We are not stopping But Promote Urdu.
