According to Finance Department Government of the Punjab Letter No. PC.2-1/2011 dated 18-July 2011 an Anomaly Committee has been formed in the Finance Department (Regulations/Wings) to resolve the anomalies arising out on the implementation of Revised Pay Scales 2011. But this letter practically disseminated so late in the field offices that thousands of governemt officials has missed the chance to send the anomalies to Finance Department Punajb as 30 September is the last date for submission as per letter no PC.2-1/2011 dated 18-July 201. And as per our expert almost all the employees of grade 2 to 18 has anomaly in his revised pay that junior scale is drawing more that a senior scale official.
As per FD Letter mentioned above the official has to send six things which are as (format is as under) under:-
a) | Name of the Administrative Department | School education Department |
b) | Name of the office | Govt High School (full name of your school) |
c) | Name of the Government Servant Designation/ Post | |
d) | Exact nature of the anomaly/ difficulty | |
e) | Reason for considering to be anomaly / difficulty | |
F0 | Solution provided by the Administrative Department with Justification |
Send your June 2011 Basic Pay and July 2011 Basic Pay we will help you to prepare your case of anomaly….Sent Comment as the Date is closed for submission, So that Chief Minister Punjab and other concerned know that thousands of Teachers and Other Govt Official are not informed timely…
