The Islamabad Commission for Higher Education has announced scholarships for the PhD program in the United States at renowned designated universities in the United States. Scholarships are offered for Fall 2022 and Spring / Summer 2023. Applicants must apply online through the HEC scholarship portal to qualify for the scholarship. When applying, applicants ensure that they do not benefit from any other scholarship Applicants in possession of a PhD cannot apply Applicants in possession of the eligibility criteria are encouraged to apply. Scholarship application deadline is February 28, 2022. Applications that are incomplete or submitted after the deadline will be rejected.
