according to rule when i can get study leave such as M. Phil?
sir i am doing Ph.D research work. i came to know that our university include only those students in list that are doing course work. but research student need laptop much more than other students. we are group of students scoring above 70% marks during course work. please suggest what should we do and how to apply as our university excluded us from the list.
