Recruitment Policy 2011 For 30045 Teachers Post In Punjab. Government of the Punjab has released the new Recruitment Policy 2011 for the recruitment of 30,045. The teachers will be recruited in the subjects of Math, Science, Computer Science and English at the moment as their is acute shortage of these subject teachers. The recruitment will be on district based, the qualification marks have the maximum weight-age.

Not so far dear.
It is a good policy to recruit science teachers in the first phase. The schools which are in far flung areas intensely suffer due to the shortage of science teachers. to make the situation worthwhile it would be in the fitness of things if special incentive be given to those science teachers who teach in the rural areas.
