Our friend and respectable member of this teachers blog shared with us the the profile of Secretary Education Punjab Mr. Aslam Kamboh. Mr. Aslam Kamboh is contributing towards Education since September 2000 as Project Director Girls Primary Education. Project Punjab (Asian Development Bank + OPEC Funded) and Project Director (Additional Charge) I.T Computer Science Project, Punjab. After this he contributed as Programme Director Directorate of Staff Development, Punjab /Chief Executive Officer (Additional Charge) Punjab Examination Commission, Lahore and Project Director Canada Basic Education Project, Lahore . Since September 2008 to date he is serving as the Secretary School Education Department Punjab. And the good thing is that he started his carrier as Subject Specialist in English, in Crescent Model Higher Secondary School, Lahore in 1988 – 1987. So for more than a decade (more than 10 years) Mr. Aslam Kamboh, Secretary School Education Punjab is serving Education department. Being a teacher we expect, the best from him and he is doing his best to impart quality education in Punjab. He has a special respect for good teachers. It is hoped that all the issues, promotion cases, pay packages, Educators pay, etc, of teachers community will be resolved under his kind supervision as soon as possible.

Its honour to have so nice and professional personality as the head of education department. I request the respected sir to ensure the merit policy in case of transfer of educators too. MNAs MPAs rule according to their will for the candidates of their concern in seat adjustment. I am the victim too. I have no political favour . I had applied for transfer to nearest locality after three years of my job but newly appointed educator had joined that vacant post. Although I deserved that seat on merit.

Dear Sir ! My Daughter completed her PhD (nano-materials Physical/Chemistry) having more than 10 Publications and a patent. She earned many distinctions a holder of Chancellors Gold Medal. She was appointed Asst Prof (Grd 19) according to HEC bond for one year. After completion of this one year there is no job in Pakistan. She had been in DICP China & Penn State University USA. Do you have some interest to promote such doctor in national educational grid?
