promotion cases from bs 18 to bs19 male were called in june from seniority no 420 to 480 but still there is no psb when it is,expected.

  They are in progress. Now up till now 520 cases are called for males.

Aoa. What has happned about increased qualification allowance for m.phil n phD. notification has been issued or not????

Please tell me that the qualification allowance 5000/- is giving to only teachers or also other Punjab Departments.
