Did you talk to DCO about this? Just visit DCO office and talk to superintendent of concerned and ask him the details and solution. Then plead your case with DCO with arguments.
sir i m an educator.is it a piece of justice that a person has been paying his duty since 2003 after his previous service is not counted after regularisation on 19-10-2009. plz count our service from date of joining. we all educators have done our duties very well
