Friendly myri sugestion ha k teachers ki service 20 year kar dain old teachers ko retired karain army say retired hony waly logon go civilian job na dain young aur qualified logon ko chance dain bcoz taleem dyna aik bohat hi aham fareeza ha.
Humary govt schools main tu humain waqat ki pabandi hi nahi sikhai jati ha.

Dear Nasir.ap k point waqai theek han.sir ji teacher union ko unite aur active kis ne karna han. Hum ne karna han,agar hum sub mil kar kam karen tu pakistan me army k bad sub say ziada tadad teacher ki han.aik banda jb 16 y mehnat karta han ,is k bad os k lie aik new proceduer start ho jata han.kia govt. Ko jo in ki apni universty ne degre di han os par aitmad nahi han.aik banda (master holder,M.A) jb primary schol me jata han tu os ki agar pay ashi ho os ko pata ho k meri per motion ho gi,tu koi aisa teacher nahi jo mehnat na karen.baqi purani teacher bahut kam han.education me internship shoron kia jaen.DANISH SCHOL par arbon rupees kharch karney say behtar tha k teacher ki tadad puri ki jati.dear issue raise karney k lie tu bahut han.magar hamen apni union ka sath dena chae.apney HAQ k lie apni awaz buland karni chaei.

i think jab master degree holder primary school main jata hay to usay yah nae sochna chaey k wo master degree holder hay.balkay yah sochna chaey k wo aik teacher hay.qoom ka mamaar.aur ic bat ka kya proof hay k jab aik teacher ko pay main increase aur promotion ka yakeen dilaya jay ga to wo waqey mehnat kery ga?ic department main aisay teachers b hain jo 25000 plus pay lay rahain hain.bt unka result zero hay.ic profession main jitni facilities hun gi utnay hi teachers relax hun gay.aur future to wasy b doob raha hay .rahi sahi kasar nikal jay gi.zaroorat sirf saber shuker aur positive attitude ki hay.log system main kharabian to nikal lety hain bt ic main behtri k liay aik kadam b uthanay say dartay hain.zaroorat lafzun ki nae hay hai balkay amal ker k dikhanay ki hay.

Danish school is not a bad idea but their must b equality in education system. Un registered private schools must b ban and the remaining private schools which registered else those are in village or in cities big / small it must b compulsory for those to pay their teachers as per Govt. pay scale.
Teachers are giving education in Private schools are our brother and sisters but i have seen in private schools that they are doing jobs at rs. 5000 or rs, 10000. which in in justice with them.
I think the most respectable personality is teacher but we are not giving them respect which they deserve.
Teachers are responsible to build the nation good are bad.
One thing which i want to share with you peoples that please do your duties with full attention and faith.
Mostly teachers are not coming to schools at time mostly are on leaves some are on short leaves which is very bad practice.
Education department employees must b faithful they got rishwat from our teacher for their legal work and mostly we have our right works and we give a heavy amount to EDO. , DO , ADO, Accounts Office and their PAs and Clerks.
Union must have take action on this issue of teacher we have to raise funds for our union and establish our union office in Districts level. So that they solve the problems of teachers at initial stage.

Ab jab 2009 me pay ashi hoi.govt. Ne parmanent kia. Pay 14000 say kam ho kar11000 ho gae.service gaen.ab ap btao is pay me guzara ho sakta han.mera cousin police me Bp.5 Me 21000 le raha han matric han.ab agar hum yeh bt kartey han k humen 10 sal bad bhi agar aik step agey kar dia jaen tu yeh buri bat han.baqi rahi Honesty say duty ki tu wo har banday ko pata han k agar man aik bachey k sath na insafi karo gay tu yah na insafi mere sath bhi ho sakti han.per motion right han.

i think its cruel step for those teachers who served for many years and not got promotion. because at that time their education are enough for fulfilling their jobs. but now a days the competition are aroused. you made a ratio between new appointment and for promotion. i m a science teacher and i knew when someone give their precious time and at that stage they are not fit in any govt deptt when their specific period are gone. and also u overcome this situation by trained them according to modern era but under this condition the trainee are well educated and having ability to influence
