Recruitment Policy 2011 For 30045 Teachers Post In Punjab. Government of the Punjab has released the new Recruitment Policy 2011 for the recruitment of 30,045. The teachers will be recruited in the subjects of Math, Science, Computer Science and English at the moment as their is acute shortage of these subject teachers. The recruitment will be on district based, the qualification marks have the maximum weight-age.

Sir I am also MA English (2nd Div) with B ed (1st Div). I have been working as EST in govt school for 2 years. I want to get some of my confusions cleared by you sir.
1 Plz confirm If I apply for SSE Eng, my present appointment will remain intact as per your answers in previous pages to Miss Zara.
2. I want to know what I should do exactly. If I don’t apply for leave without pay and simply join the SSE Eng post (in case of selection), will my previous seat be intact for me or It will be filled through any transfers or new recruitment?
3. If I will want to join my EST seat Will it be in the same school in which I am working at present or any other school which would have vacant post?
4. Sir I have been an arts student throughout my academic career. I have heard that only those M A English will be selected who are at least FSc. Is it true sir?

Answer. “The seat can be filled by transfer, if your head teacher want”.
3. If I will want to join my EST seat Will it be in the same school in which I am working at present or any other school which would have vacant post? Answer. If the seat is vacant in that school and you are on the top of merit then you will have the choice place of posting”.

and sir what is the procedure for through proper channel applying? Would it be necessary to attach a separate application to EDO with the application prescribed forms?
Write an application and then your head teacher will recommend and forward it to his next immediate chain of command officer(DEO), for further process to EDO. But all these correspondence should be registered in dispatched register wit proper number and date etc.

Extra Ordinary Leave = EOL
It means Simple B.A and B.ed are useless persons thy should commit suicide

sir it means if i am slected as sse eng,its on contract base ,whats the benefit of applying through proper channel? bc nobody’ll want 2 go back est post after getting sse post.am i right?
your service will be counted. But decide as per your situation.
