Recruitment Policy 2011 For 30045 Teachers Post In Punjab. Government of the Punjab has released the new Recruitment Policy 2011 for the recruitment of 30,045. The teachers will be recruited in the subjects of Math, Science, Computer Science and English at the moment as their is acute shortage of these subject teachers. The recruitment will be on district based, the qualification marks have the maximum weight-age.

Man 2004 me EsE bharti howa tha.meri education M.A english, B.ed han,unfortunatly meri m.a eng me 3rd division han.is policy k mutabak na experience k no na uc/village k no.phir SSE K Seats itni kam k koi chance hi nahi.parmotion k education dept. Me ko chance hi nahi,kia rural area k logon k competion on urban logon k sath han.jin k pas taman ficilites han? Kia ham ab sari zindgi primary schol me rahen gay,kia hamara atna Qasoor han k hum ne M.A eng. Q Kia?agar in service emply ko thora sa chance day dety tu kia govt. Koi loss ho jana tha.han ney 4250 par bharti ho k on scholon me parhaya jin me aik chair aur aik room tha.20 30 km tak ham ne safar kia.kia hamara is department par koi haq nahi?
Your points are valid, there should be some advantages to rural students as they are less facilities and less opportunities. Govt should provide eqaul opportunities to all the citizen.

My question is that for SSE
How many allocated for B.Ed with Master Degree
&
How many allocated for M.Ed with Master Degree
My opinion is that in both cases 5 marks should be allocated as professional degree.

You are right, if colleges are providing arts education then, govt should create job to adjust these.
