TEVTA Employees Appeal to CJ High Court & Chief Minister Punjab

PakEducators Friend send an appeal to publish on PakEducators for favourable action by Chief Minister of Punjab Pakistan, it is not necessary that editor is agree to this also.

“The Honorable Chief Minister,
Punjab, Lahore.

Subject: APPEAL / REQUEST FOR JUSTICE FOR REGULARIZATION OF CONTRACTEES BS-1 TO BS-15 WHOSE APPOINTED / JOINED AFTER THE REGULARIZATION NOTIFICATION DATED 14-10-2009 AGAINST THE POSTS WHICH WERE ADVERTISED PRIOR TO 14-10-2009.

Honorable Sir,
With due respect, it is submitted that during the recruitment process in 2009, the Secretary (Regulations) S&GAD, Govt. of the Punjab, Lahore has regularized all the contracttee BS-1 to BS-15 (Non-Teaching / Ministerial staff) vide Notification No. DS(O&M)5-3/2004/CONTRACT(MF), dated 14-10-2009 and the School Teachers are also regularized by the Secretary School Education, Govt. of the Punjab, Lahore vide Notification No. (SE-III)2-16/2007, dated 19-10-2009. As per these Notifications those contractees were regularized, recruited on contract basis against the posts presently held by them with immediate effect.
Now, the Secretary School Education, Govt. of the Punjab, Lahore vide Notification No. (SE-III)2-16/2007, dated 10-09-2011 has regularized the services of all teachers appointed / joined after the regularization Notification dated 19-10-2009 against the posts which were advertised prior to 19-10-2009 presently held by them in the department, with immediate effect. This letter was very good sign for all educators futures, which was a reflection of your good political and social governance.
SIR, here is an important point that, we were also recruited on contract basis under the provisions of the contract Appointment Policy, 2004, against the posts which were advertised prior to regularization Notification, dated 14-10-2009 but appointed / joined after 14-10-2009. But unfortunately / mismanagement from authorities that appointment orders are not released / issued in time, so Sir this is not our fault.
Honorablesir,
Now it is my humble appeal and request to you that kindly regularize the contractees BS-1 to BS-15 (Non-Teaching / Ministerial staff) w.e.f. their date of joining, recruited on contract basis under the provisions of the contract Appointment Policy, 2004, against the posts which were advertised prior to regularization Notification No.DS(O&M)5-3/2004/CONTRACT(MF), dated 14-10-2009.
We shall be very thankful to you and pray for you.

Yours Obediently,
Contract Employees (BS-1 TO BS-15)
(Non-Teaching / Ministerial staff)
Punjab Province

  1. Its a good news. Don’t know how long will it take in issuance of orders of regularization by Govt of Punjab?

    1. aj news one per DG khan kay tevta employees ke video fotage chali hay jis mei unno ney play card utha rakhy thy aur apnay mutalbat likhay thy aur press club tak protest kia,

i think lahore walo ko b yeh qadam uthana chaye, aur phir sab ko iss cause me shamal hona chaye.

      tevta chakwal

  2. but what about scale 01 to 15 remaining employees against the posts which were advertised prior to regularization Notification, dated 14-10-2009 have any chance?????or any progress on above apeal????
