sir me working as a ESE in primary school dist. Sialkot,my qualification is M.A Education
my some friends are also doing job as a ESE in Lahore,
but in Lahore they are consider senior/head teacher but hear in Sialkot me consider junior but my colleagues are metric and senior due to service experience.
i hear that now head teacher will be that person who is highly qualify, is it true ?
