It is reported that Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif is (میا ں محمد شہباز شریف)visiting Directorate of Staff Development Lahore (DSD Punjab) on 21-July-2011. The objective of his visit to sign the long-term commitment on Chief Ministers’ School Reforms Roadأmap for Quality Education in Punjab. During Chief Minister visit Mian Shahbaz Sharif (میا ں محمد شہباز شریف) will be briefed on the training at DSD Punjab, and Chief Minister (میا ں محمد شہباز شریف) will formally launch the Teachers Guides
Educators were appointed in different years e.e 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
Govt regular them in 2009. Then all increments and seniority was dropped.
Now in this budjet, again government equalled the pay of educator appointed in 2002 or appointed in 2009.

Is this a justic that all allownces of educator appointed in 2002 are merged. His pay just increased 1000 while other new educator appointed in 2009 having single allownce RS 1306 and his revised pay increased about 5000 rupees.
Dear Imtiaz, Thanks for nice presenting detailed comparison about Educators: appointed in 2002 and 2009. After reading your mail We can say with out any hesitation, that it is NOT FAIR. Experienced Educators should be given more increments. Handsome and respectable pay should be given to all teachers (Nation Builders). I personal met Educators who delightedly contributing. Their pay should be minimum Rs=25000 as a 4 persons minimum budget.

Asslam o Alakum to all brothers and sisters I m Saleem Shahzad S.S.T Gujrat. Dy Accountant General has issued a letter in which he said to give all previous increasement according to new pay scale 2011.

Yes, but they will be merged in your basic pay.
