Lahore: According to Government of the Punjab, School Education Department Notification No. (A-I)1-31/2008 dated 9-Aug-2011 following school timing will be observed during the holy month Of Ramazan in all the Private and Public Schools of Punjab. The school will observe these time strictly as some private school reported different and long hours.
But on the comments which we received on this blog, most of the visitors, especially the students are requesting an extension in summer vacations. There point of view is that they better study in their homes during the holy month of Ramazan than in schools. As they cannot sleep after Sahri and then go to school in rush traffic. But teachers have the view that duty is duty. While working women are worried that in Ramazan their work is increased more to nicely manage. Some of the visitors predicted that the attendance will remain low in the holy month of Ramazan. Let’s see what happens on 15-August-2011 (Monday). Every authority and every person who deals with teachers is having a pan (Kashkol) in his hand and begging to teachers. Teachers are facing service & other problems. My friend who is a good teacher went to DEO. Office to submit his ACRs. he was demanded ACRs when he told that they are in there cupboard he was called to submit them again because the ACRs were not on that place the next day. Where they went ???????????????? Now ACRs is a problem of authority but a teacher is called to bring them from any where. if teacher pays then every document is suddenly available, from where?????????????
In A/C office every month any one particle of teacher’s pay is vanished and then he has to pay A/C office for correction and then again he has to pay when he has to pass pay bill of that particle and draw .

If the Nation Wants us to be good teachers then it wile have to pay respect to teachers and recognize them as teachers not Employees! The system should be like army. There is no any kind of File to be bring every month or any verification every week. The Army does it at starting no in the service again.
Every right of a soldier is paid at his doorstep, not like teachers who are degraded every day at every step of service.
Please service Correct the Service structure of civil servants like Army Who pays the rights at door step.
slam! fida sir.I really agree with u.In my school some construction work is being done in 2 sides of school.workers have engaged 2 rooms for their luggage.we r fcing lack of classrooms.as being girls schools teachers have 2 fce the problem as they hve to go for taking next class when the period is being changed. Imagine in what trouble v r!

bachy aa to nhi rahy school. stafff atta hy aur beth beth kr chala jata hy. app log itna to kar sakty hain na k hamari timings short karwa dain. at least from 7.30 am to 11.00 am.
km az km tavelling karny mein 1 hour guzar jata hy :-(((
Chief coordinator SB. Salam thank you for attention. In fact all over the Punjab the situation is the same, but no one takes step. In my District Narowal I want to take step against the “Badtameez” auditor of account office but no one helped me, No one is to ready attest the evidence and i cant do any thing. In account office they rob us and then misbehave us.
