Govt of Pakistan has revised the Supreme Court Judges Pay Package Revised 2011 and pay package of High Court Judges. This new pay / package is implemented with immidiate effect.

Government of the Punjab is finalized the Notification of Revised Pay Scale 2011. It is almost the same as federal government of Pakistan ‘Revised Pay Scale Notification 2011′ issued on 4-July-2011. However the Punjab government wanted to save funds from non-development projects etc. It is also reported that due to election in the next year the Punjab government do not want to annoy the government servants. PPP governments increased the salaries of govt. servants in the past (& present).
