According to AG Punjab Educators Pay Revise 2011 – Writ Petition 26930 and WP 6560/2010 a letter is to account offices of Punjab, the letter clearly stating that the pay of all educators of Eduction Department of Punajb will be fixed according to the revised with all their increments since their appointment including the increment 01-Dec-2009. An in the Letter AG Punjab has instructed to stop recovery of allowances paid after 19-10-2009 till further orders. The news is good sign of all educators and AG Punajb is doing great job to fix the pay of Educators of Punjab according to Revised Pay Scale 2011.
The Educators of Punjab expressed their happiness on this process and the appealed to the AG Punjab to decided the things which are in favour of Educators. As day by day the prices of things are raising and due to high inflation it is hard for educators to live a normal life.
Dear Educators many of you asked for the copy of this petition through comments and phone. Please comment as much as you can to show that you want this increase in your pay. And AG Punjab decided it as soon as possible considering your valid justifications. Noting will harm you if you comment first….

Dear to other employes of Punjab the increase was on Running Basic. It is expected that you will the Bakaya as AG Punjab has stopped the recovery process till the final decision..

It means that the pay pay of Educators will be as per 2011 revised pay scale and the recovery of allowance matter is under consideration, up till final decision. Do not know what will be decision in this regard.

AOA SIR, it is good news. Hum accounts officer toba se milay unhon ne kaha k es notification k matabiq sirf 1 increament lage gi. plz tell us k kiya personal allow. basic pay me include nhi ho gi. aur 50 % 2010 Wala increase ho ga ya nhi.
Dear if it is as per revise pay scale the all the allowance will be in it. So wait as your case is as per Revise pay scale 2011.

Dear PPSC sends it Seniority list if the person is selected through PPSC. What was your procedure of selection???
Sir. still educators are not regularized from date of first appointment. Wait till the decision of Court.
It,s a good news Really but i am afraid that if the case decision goes against us then recovery will be made and then it will be difficult to pay back extra allowances.
