The Office of DPI – Director Public Instruction Punjab Lahore has issued a Letter No. 12608/AD(C-I) Dated 06-09-2011. In this letter promotion cases of SST General Cadre males & females has been asked. According to details DPI SE Punjab asked the cases for promotion of SST (SSE) as SS. The secondary School Educators already appointed on contract under the provision of contract recruitment policy are hereby appointed as SST in BPS 17 on regular basis vide Government of the Punjab School Education Department Punjab Notification Number SO (SE-III)2-16/2007, dated 19-October-2009. The promotion cases of those SSTs Males and Females are demanded for promotion as SS BPS 17. The SST should be MA in 2nd division and B.Ed in 2nd division.

AOA:) Congrats to all. Thanks for uploading this precious info. Can you kindly solve my problem too. I’m appointed in 2005 on contract basis as English lecturer and still not been regularized twice I sent my detailed synopsis and ACR’s my all results are above board and university and everything is fit and complete still I’m unable to understand why I’m not regularized. Cos majority is regularized automatically after five years.

When we will have to submit our cases to the concerned offices. Whether our concerned office will call us or we personally have to proceed our cases.

Sir, I was appointed SSE in 2003. Will I have to submit my ACR’s from 2003 to 2010 for my promotion as an SS or the ACR’s of last three years i e 2008,2009,2010 will work?
Dear as per normal procedure all ACRs/PERs are to be submitted (since last promotion if any).
