  2. Salaam,

    Please help me out here..

    If (for example) my salary per annum is PKR 4,00,000. Then I do this calculations:

    Tax = (4,00,000 – 3,50,000) x 1.5%

    Which means, 1.5% of 50,000 = 750

    So, only PKR 750 is gone in Tax.
    And after tax, my salary = PKR 3,99,250 ?

    Is that correct? – Please help, Thanks.

    1. Hasan i ,ve got the answer it is 350,000/- is the limit of annual tax exampted income. more than 350,000/- will be deducted according to slab

  3. Sir,

    As I think that 350,000 will not deduct from total taxable income rate to be directly calculated from the Slap Amount.

  4. Please answar me of this question.After dedection of exempted amount Rs.350000 from total tax payable amount then remaning blance see according to slabs or total amount of income tax more than 350000.
    for example Total tax amount Rs 435000-350000= Remaning Balance Rs 85000/- Taxpable slab= 0
    or taxable amount will be Rs 435000/=

    1. @ Muhammad Ashraf
      as per the understanding that i have developed from dis page is…That For Taxable Slab you will have to place 4,35,000 under consideration WHERE AS for tax calculation You will calculate %age of remaining amount i.e 85,000…
