i retired from service on 31-12-2010.as assistant BS-14. I was occupent of government staff residence.
now, after 4 and half years department is writing to me to I have deposited less house rent of the alloted residence. wherea, I was not DDO. The DDO calculated and deducted my house rent accordingly. whether the department can compel me to deposit the house rent at this bloody stage? I am a pensioner and it was senctioned on the NOC’s etc.
