i m newly appointed its been one year now.yhan to jangle ka qanoon hai.its a rural area.sab students ko computer sci ka subject dete hen yhan ta k kisi teacher ko islamic stdy ya persian na prhani parh jae.n wo studnts kuch b ni parhte in 9th class.junior classes ko to men handle kr lon.wo abi initial stage men hen.bt board ki class ko kese tyar kron.
muh otha k khari ho jati hen.jo urdu ka ni parh skti wo computer ka kese parhen.
magr kisi ko khyal ni.mera result itna bura aega.
siwae kuch bachon k baqi sb Dull hen.wo parhna hi ni chahti.roz dil khrab kr deti hen mera.
esa nhi hona chaiye.jo jis qabil hai ose wohi subject dena chaiye.
computer ik sci subject hai.its really tough…………

Teacher should have a good pesonality ,i mean he should be a roll model for his students,more ever he should realize his duties according to islamic point of view.then he will be satisfied with his job and salary.i am 2M.A,M.Ed single teacher 100 students and school codition no water ,no electricity ,no toilets but i am making a good progress of school.i love my passion.
