There is a acute Shortage Of Officers In Punjab Secretariat Lahore. According to detail the Punjab Civil Secretariat is badly disturbed as most of the officer in Civil Secretariat Punjab Lahore are working in different NGOs on high packages and same are on Ex-Pakistan Leave. Due to this the recruitment process of 33000 teachers has not been started. Chief Secretary Punjab has asked the list of these officers who are working for NGOs and on Leave / Ex-Pakistan Leave. The Chief Secretary is of the view that Punjab Civil Secretariat Lahore work is more important than any NGO, the officers primary duty is to serve his parent department other wise they should join any other department so that new hardworking and sincere to job officers can be given chance in Secretariat.
Please comment as most of the work of recruitment and other is in pending due the officers are working for NGOs / etc… Please also give solution for speedy work in Civil Secretariat Punjab , Lahore….
