DEAR SIR, . I AM A TEACHER IN A P/S. I AM ONLY ONE TEACHER IN MY SCHOOL. DUE TO THIS, I AM FACING PROBLEMS. SINGLE TEACHER CANT MANAGE STUDENTS OF 5 CLASS. ON THE OTHER HAND GOVERNMENT POLICIES ARE CHANGING DAY BY DAY. PAKISTANI GOVT. WISH STANDARD OF TEACHING AND RESULT SHOULD BE GOOD. BUT SIR TELLS US HOW THIS POSSIBLE. I HAVE SAID MANY TIME PLS ARRANGE A TEMPORALLY A TEACHER, FROM A SCHOOL WHERE LARGE NUMBER OF TEACHERS ARE TEACHING BUT STUDENTS ARE SHORT. BUT EVERY MONTH DTE AND ARMY MONITORING TAKE RECORDS BUT NOTHING CHANGED. SO IF U CAN DO SOMETHING THEN TAKE A NECESSARY ACTION. THANKS
Dear you point is very valid. In Punjab there are schools which have only 56 students and 11 teachers are working due to MNA/ MPAs safarish. But there areschools like yours which need more teachers in ratio of students increased strength. Secretary School Education is planning to rationalize, let’s see what Secretary actually do to resolve this as he has all the data with him.
